Investigators have formally stated that the young child is believed to be in immediate, imminent danger following her sudden disappearance from the metropolitan area.
According to preliminary timelines provided by law enforcement officials, Daleza Fregoso was last seen on May 24, 2026, at approximately 4:00 a.m. Detectives believe she was taken by, or is currently in the company of, an adult male identified as Ruben Fregoso. Due to the high-risk nature of the circumstances surrounding her removal, the case was immediately elevated to an AMBER Alert to maximize public visibility and mobilize highway tracking networks across Southern California.
A central component of the active investigation involves locating a specific vehicle of interest. Authorities are asking the public to look out for a 2019 white Land Rover Discovery bearing California license plate 9DAW715.
