MOULTON, Ala. — The Moulton, Alabama community is grieving an unimaginable tragedy following the devastating loss of Ashley Hagood and three of her children in a fatal car accident last Saturday. The heartbreaking incident has left family members, friends, and the wider community in profound sorrow.
Ashley, 33, lost her life in the crash alongside her children — 13-year-old Bryant and 7-year-old twins Bryleigh and Brynleigh. The loss of multiple members of one family in a single moment has created a wave of grief that words can scarcely capture. Her son Bentley survived the crash and remains hospitalized, continuing his fight to recover.
Those who knew Ashley describe her as a devoted mother whose life centered entirely around her children. She was known for her strength, resilience, and unwavering love — often referred to as a “Wonder Woman” by those closest to her. No matter the challenges she faced, her priority was always her family.
In addition to being a loving mother, Ashley was a dedicated professional, working as an executive assistant at Lektron, Inc., where she earned respect for her commitment and work ethic. Yet, beyond her career, it was her kindness and compassion that truly defined her.
As the community mourns, many are coming together to support the grieving family, holding onto memories of Ashley and her children. A service to honor their lives is scheduled, giving loved ones an opportunity to gather, reflect, and say goodbye.
