Trumbull Community Mourns Beloved Husband and Father Cliff Pereira

Friends and family are mourning the unexpected loss of Cliff Pereira, who passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2026. Cliff was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished son, and an inspiring presence in the lives of all who knew him. His sudden passing has left a profound void, but his legacy of joy, gratitude, and generosity continues to shine.

Cliff was known for his passion and dedication in everything he did. Whether at home, at work, or in his community, he approached life with energy, warmth, and an openness that welcomed everyone. The Trumbull community is invited to honor Cliff’s life with a wake on Wednesday, April 1, 2026—fittingly on April Fools’ Day, reflecting his love for laughter—at Abriola Parkview Funeral Home from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. A mass and funeral will follow at 3:00 p.m. at St. Catherine of Siena Church. In observance of his service, Il Palio, where Cliff often spoke warmly of his customers, will remain closed for the day.

Cliff Pereira’s impact reached far beyond his family. His kindness, humor, and generosity touched countless lives, leaving a mark that will not be forgotten. Family, friends, colleagues, and the broader community are coming together to celebrate a life well-lived, to share memories, and to honor the joy and love he brought to the world.
