High Point Mourns Young Man Lost in Violent Shooting

With heavy hearts, the High Point, North Carolina community is mourning the sudden and violent loss of 35-year-old Stanley J. Lerebours of Raleigh. On the night of March 19, 2026, Stanley’s life was cut tragically short after a shooting that left him critically wounded in his vehicle on the 500 block of Anaheim Street. Despite swift emergency response, Stanley succumbed to his injuries at a nearby hospital, leaving friends, family, and neighbors devastated.

Preliminary reports indicate Stanley may have been shot at a different location before the vehicle crash, and authorities are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.
