The community of Massillon, Ohio, is grappling with the sudden loss of 41-year-old Shawn D. Simon, who was tragically killed in a violent head-on collision on Thursday afternoon. The accident, which occurred in Stark County, has prompted an extensive investigation by the Canal Fulton post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol as they work to determine the circumstances that led to the fatal encounter.

According to official reports, the crash took place at approximately 12:16 p.m. on State Route 93 within Lawrence Township. Troopers state that Shawn D.
