Gourkani, 34, was a social media personality and OnlyFans model admired by many for her striking resemblance to Kim Kardashian. Known for her online presence across TikTok and Instagram, she had built a following that celebrated her confidence and image. Her sudden and tragic death has left fans and loved ones devastated.
Prosecutors revealed that the fatal incident occurred in April 2023 at a hotel in Burlingame, California, near San Francisco International Airport. Gomez allegedly administered an illegal silicone butt injection during the visit. Shortly after the procedure, Gourkani began to feel unwell. Within a day, her condition worsened dramatically, leading to her death from respiratory failure and a pulmonary embolism.
