It is with profound sadness that we share the sudden passing of our dear colleague and friend, Leah Ross. Since joining Fleetwood Bank in November 2023 as the Kutztown and Lyons Multi-Site Branch Leader, Leah became a cornerstone of our team, leaving an indelible mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.
Leah was known for her warm smile, infectious laughter, and kind spirit that could light up any room. From the very beginning, she embraced the opportunity to serve and support the community she called home. Her dedication to Fleetwood Bank’s mission—building strong, connected communities—was evident in everything she did.
Beyond her role at the bank, Leah gave selflessly to her community. For the past two years, she served as Treasurer on the Board of Friend, Inc. Community Services, helping guide initiatives that positively impacted countless lives. Her leadership and commitment were a testament to her belief in making a meaningful difference wherever she could.
Family was at the center of Leah’s heart, and her love and devotion to them were unmatched. In this time of unimaginable loss, our thoughts and prayers are with her loved ones. Leah’s legacy lives on in her family, friends, and all of us who were fortunate to work alongside her.
