It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we share the passing of two very special people, Uncle Bernie Morrisson and Annie Hodgins. Over the last few days, their loss has been felt deeply by family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing them. Their kindness, warmth, and the love they shared with others will never be forgotten.

Uncle Bernie was someone who could light up a room with his presence. He had a generous heart, a wonderful sense of humour, and a way of making everyone feel welcome and valued. Whether through his stories, his laughter, or simply his caring nature, Bernie brought comfort and joy to the people around him. He was more than family to many — he was a friend, a mentor, and a constant source of support.

Annie Hodgins was equally loved and cherished. Her gentle spirit, compassion, and strength touched the lives of so many people. Annie had a remarkable ability to lift others up, offering kindness and encouragement wherever she went. Her presence brought warmth to every gathering, and her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.

Losing two such wonderful people in such a short time is incredibly painful. While our hearts are broken, we take comfort in the memories they leave behind — memories of laughter, love, and the countless moments that made life brighter simply because they were part of it.
