Cora is described as 4 feet tall and weighing approximately 57 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. Authorities believe she may be traveling with two adults who are wanted in connection with custodial interference.

The adults have been identified as Angel Hurley, 35, described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and about 200 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, and Shirley Smith, 60, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing around 175 pounds, also with brown hair and brown eyes.

Investigators believe they may be traveling in a silver 2022 Nissan Kicks bearing Tennessee license plate BGG-9987.
