Two Hundred Days Gone: He Left His Car With the Keys Inside—and Vanished Without a Trace

It has been more than 200 agonizing days since Joseph Aranda, a 32-year-old man from Victorville, California, seemingly disappeared into thin air—leaving behind a mystery that continues to haunt his family and community.

On July 10, 2025, Joseph was last seen near Stoddard Wells Road and Dante Street. At some point that day, he walked away from his car—just two months away from being fully paid off—and was never seen again. The following day, the vehicle was discovered parked at Emmanuel Temple CME, an unsettling scene frozen in time. The windows were down. The keys were still inside. There was gas in the tank, the tires were fine, and there were no mechanical issues. It looked as if Joseph had stepped out briefly, expecting to return.

But he never did.

Joseph was last seen wearing an orange LiUNA work shirt, light blue jeans, and black Nike shoes. He stands 5’10”, weighs around 150 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. Since his disappearance, there has been no activity on his bank accounts, no phone usage, and no social media presence. His phone and wallet have never been recovered.

Law enforcement and search teams have worked tirelessly. Ground and aerial searches were conducted. Surveillance footage reviewed. Phone data analyzed. Every lead provided by Joseph’s family was followed by the Victorville Sheriff’s Department—yet no answers have surfaced.
