Muctarr was last seen around 2:00 p.m. on February 14, 2026, in the Northlake Preserve neighborhood in Sunbury. Since that time, there has been growing concern for his well-being, and law enforcement officials are actively following up on leads. Muctarr is described as a Black male, approximately 4 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 75 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
