A Prayer for Ziyah: Faith, Hope, and a Call to Bring Her Home

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, trusting in Your power, Your mercy, and Your unfailing love. We place our hope in You as we lift up Ziyah Elizabeth Lawhorn, a 15-year-old girl who is known by name and cherished deeply by You. Lord, You see her even now. You know where she is, what she feels, and what she needs. We ask, with humility and trust, that You guide her safely home.

Father, we plead for Your divine hand of protection to be upon Ziyah wherever she may be. Shield her from harm, fear, and danger. Surround her with Your angels and let Your presence bring her comfort and courage. Ziyah Elizabeth Lawhorn has been missing since January 30, 2026, and was last seen in Norfolk, Virginia. According to the Norfolk Police Department, she remains officially listed as a missing person. She was last seen wearing a dark hoodie and gray sweatpants, and at this time, no new information has been released regarding her status.

Lord, we also lift up Ziyahโ€™s family. Wrap them in Your peace during this painful season of waiting and uncertainty. Strengthen them when hope feels heavy, and remind them they are not alone. Let Your comfort steady their hearts and Your light guide them through every moment.

May this community rise together as oneโ€”united in prayer, awareness, and compassion. Let us be diligent in sharing Ziyahโ€™s name and face, refusing to let her be forgotten. Until this precious child is safely returned home, may our collective faith remain strong.
