According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Nancy was driving her silver Buick LeSabre eastbound on Highway 34 when the vehicle crossed the center line, lost control, and collided head-on with a westbound blue Chevy Colorado. The driver of the Chevy, 85-year-old Noel Sletten of Park Rapids, survived and was transported to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo for treatment.
